4th Grade Common Core Standards- We have a specific focus on the priority standards (place value, multiplication and division, regrouping, and fractions). We use Math in Focus, which is a Singapore Math curriculum. I often supplement for RTI and to accommodate English Language Learners. Math in Focus provides very few references and visuals, and they do not include any anchor tasks. We are focusing on small group work, partner, small group, and whole class discussions using accountable talk and constructivst teaching.
